This program is designed to enable medium to large companies to maximize their success by developing and linking a long-range plan to daily, weekly or monthly tasks & results assigned to specific individuals. Many companies invest considerable time and money in creating a long-range plan but then have difficulties achieving those results. We have the solution in our Plan to Results Corporate Consulting. 

The program is customized based on your specific needs. A typical process would be as follows:

• Conduct survey of Senior Management Team on the current state of planning and execution in your company
• The Creating an Exceptional Company workshop is held with all the members of the Senior Management Team participating
• A Gap Analysis and Recommended Actions report is created and presented to the CEO at a debriefing meeting following the workshop
• A Success & Profits Advisor works with each of the Senior Management Team members to translate the goals and strategies of the Long Range Plan (assuming there is one) into a specific action items for specific individuals in the organization.
• Those tasks are then recorded in an appropriate tracking tool
• Progress is reviewed on a monthly basis by the CEO and the Success & Profits Advisor and is discussed on a quarterly basis with the entire Senior Management Team.
• Advising support is provided to any Team Member who desires it or who's team is not achieving timely results
